For most of these three years, Bally’s Kansas City, St. Jo Frontier, and Mark Twain battled for the lowest player win percentages with the notable exception of Mark Twain casino dramatically improving its odds in May 2021.
Over a similar time, the highest player win% went to Ameristar St. Charles, Hollywood, and River City with another notable exception of Harrah’s Kansas City jumping to the highest return in September 2022 from around fifth place.
