Kamilla asks, “Which lockable wallet is better for Canadian money?”
So, yes, lockable wallets exist which have a small slot available to insert money. The basic idea is you leave at home the key to unlock it. And it’s small, holding less than 50 bills, and the bills must be folded. Which is just about impossible to accomplish with Canadian money because it’s made of plastic.

Polymer money doesn’t fold well, at all. But you can get a lockable box or piggy bank. They are too small for your pocket, but you’d need a large purse or backpack. But no slot to insert the money means you need to have on you the key to open it. Which kind of defeats the whole purpose.
